Suggested Itinerary — 5 Nights / 6 Days

Day 1 — Arrival in Malé & Seaplane Transfer

Land at Velana International Airport (MLE) and be met by our resort representative in the arrivals hall. Complete formalities and transfer to the seaplane / speedboat terminal for the scenic hop to your resort island (transfer type depends on resort location). Check in to your overwater or beach villa, receive a welcome drink and orientation, then unwind by the lagoon. Sunset cocktails and dinner at the resort.

Day 2 — Island & Lagoon Day

Slow breakfast overlooking the reef. Morning at leisure — swim off your villa deck, snorkel the house reef, or book a couples spa ritual. Afternoon guided snorkelling excursion to a nearby coral garden with a marine biologist. Return for sundown drinks on the beach and a themed dinner (Maldivian or Teppanyaki, resort-dependent).

Day 3 — Sandbank Picnic & Dolphin Cruise

After breakfast, board a private dhoni for a half-day sandbank excursion — a strip of white sand rising out of the middle of the ocean, set up just for your group with parasols, chilled drinks and a gourmet picnic. Return to the resort for a lazy afternoon. In the evening, join the sunset dolphin cruise — pods of spinner dolphins routinely escort the boat as the sky turns pink.

Day 4 — Adventure Day (Optional Upgrades)

Choose your pace. Adventure seekers can add a discover-scuba dive, jet-ski tour, or a manta / whale-shark snorkel safari (seasonal, atoll-dependent). Wellness travellers can spend the day between the spa, sunrise yoga and the infinity pool. Families can join the kids' club reef-walk and turtle-tracking session. Dinner tonight at a specialty over-water restaurant.

Day 5 — Signature Experience

A day designed around a signature Maldivian moment: a private floating breakfast served in your villa pool, a couples' over-water spa journey, or a "Destination Dining" candle-lit dinner set up on the beach or on your own private deck under the stars. Time in between is entirely yours — many guests simply do not leave the villa.

Day 6 — Departure

Breakfast at the resort. Depending on your flight time, enjoy a final swim or spa treatment (late check-out subject to availability). Seaplane / speedboat transfer back to Velana International Airport for your onward flight home.

Good to Know

• Best time to visit: November to April — dry season with calm seas and clear visibility. May to October is the green season with lower rates and occasional showers.
• Flight time: Approximately 4.5 hours direct from Delhi to Malé.
• Currency: USD is accepted at all resorts; INR is not. Cards work everywhere on the island.
• Dress code: Resort-casual. Modest wear is required only when visiting a local inhabited island.
• Connectivity: Most resorts offer complimentary Wi-Fi in villas. Local SIMs (Dhiraagu / Ooredoo) are available at the airport.
• Kids & families: Almost all resorts have supervised kids' clubs; a handful are strictly adults-only — flag your preference when booking.
