Documents required for China visa application
- Original passport with 6 months validity and previous passports, if any
- 02 photos white background 33 X 48 mm, 80% face (Glossy)
- Visa Application form
- Confirmed Air tickets
- Confirmed Hotel Voucher
- Covering letter mentioning details of travel, details of the traveller, purpose of visit and duration of stay addressed to the The Consular, Embassy Of The People's Republic Of China, New Delhi (if self employed - The cover letter must be printed on letterhead, duly signed with company stamp)
- Personal bank statement Original with bank seal last 6 months to till date - minimum balance- Rs 1.5 lakh
For Business Visa, following additional documents would be required -
- Invitation letter from China containing -
- Information of the applicant (incl. full name, gender, date of birth, etc.);
- Details of the planned visit (incl. arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, accommodation);
- Information of the inviting party(incl. name of organization or person concerned, contact telephone number, address, official stamp of the organization, signature of the legal representative or individual).
