- Covering letter mentioning details of travel, details of the traveller, purpose of visit and duration of stay addressed to The Consular, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi (if self employed - The cover letter must be printed on letterhead, duly signed with company stamp)
- Proof of occupation:
- If Employed: Salary slip last 3 months updated or NOC / Leave letter from employer
- If Self-Employed: Ownership proof, Company registration certificate

- Salary account statement and Personal bank account statement for last 6 months updated with seal and sign of bank.
- If Self-Employed:

If the applicant has a family or friend in Singapore and is going on a visit following additional documents have to be submitted -
- Invitation letter from the invitee
- Invitee residence proof
- Invitee passport and visa copy or immigration status
If the applicant is travelling to attend a conference/exhibition following additional documents have to be submitted -
- Invitation letter from the hosts/organizers mentioned all the details.
If the applicant is travelling for business purpose or business meeting following additional documents have to be submitted -
- Invitation letter from the Overseas Company addressed to The Visa officer, Singapore Consulate, New Delhi.
- Cover letter on Indian Company Letterhead mentioned all the details about the visit.
