- Covering letter mentioning details of travel, details of the traveller, purpose of visit and duration of stay addressed to The visa Officer, Royal Thai Embassy, New Delhi (if self employed - The cover letter must be printed on letterhead, duly signed with company stamp)
- Original Bank Account Statement with minimum balance of Rs 50,000 per person
